Accommodation
Total # of berths | 5 |
---|---|
No. of single berths | 5 |
Cabin(s) | 2 |
Sink | 2 |
Shower | 1 |
Heads | 1 heads (Manual) |
Very well designed fit out optimises every inch of space but without cramping. The result is a surprisingly roomy and comfortable 10 x 3,25 metre boat. Both cabins are separated by the saloon and two proper doors. The simple galley is practical and functional and although there is no oven, a microwave convection oven could easily be accommodated. There is a new electric fridge in the pilot house saloon (87L fridge with 14L freezer).
The aft cabin offers 2 single beds (0.85x1.95 each) headroom of 1.68m, a hand basin, small wardrobe and ample storage space under the beds. Note the bench is the access to the weeds hatch.
For the front cabin, it is open to the galley but with the galley door shut it gives a nice private cabin with en suite shower and toilet (manual head).
2 single V berth (0.95x2.10) and headroom of 1.82
The pilot house dinette could be converted into a spare single bed with the collapsible table (berth: 1.10x1.80) headroom is 1.82m.
Blown warm air oil fired central heating throughout Webasto, not been used for some time so will need servicing. The fly bridge terrace with helm, seating, and a brand new full cockpit (2017) enclosed cover is the ideal area for Al Fresco dining and entertaining. New teak floor on the fly bridge too and direct access inside by a wooden ladder. Headroom under the cockpit cover is 1.85m.
2 burner propane Stove

Broker's Comments
Dutch steel cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this Dutch steel cruiser for sale, well maintained by our current owner who has since 2003 cruised in most of the French Waterways and even improved her along thew way. Recently a door and stair case was created to have a direct access to the fly bridge, a great asset to improve the movements. A new teak floor was laid by our owner and has given this cruiser an extra touch of comfort. A full cover over the flybridge and a structural and solid stainless steel seat has be added by a well reputed professional over the stern, making this fly bridge a very attractive and enjoyable spare space.
Bright interior, most of the large windows do not open and are sealed, but the 2 sliding doors, the aft deck open door and some hatches provide enough ventilation inside the boat. Cosy and comfortable for a couple with family or occasional guest, you will appreciate the 2 separate cabins.
The French owner has regularly, since owning the cruiser in 2003, kept a logbook.
