All instruments are a little dated, and will need checking as the mast is unstepped. I suspect a new owner will want to update them, and certainly fit a chart plotter and DSC VHF. The up-side is you will be able to fit what you like!

Broker's Comments
The quintessential blue water classic, long keel, deep centre cockpit, elegant lines... This yacht has proven her worth, having travelled extensively on the coast of Portugal and Spain. Sadly she has been laid up since 2001 due to illness, and now we have her for sale here at Boatshed Port Solent.
As you can see from the photos, her mast has been unstepped and is in storage at the marina. She is sitting patiently on the hard waiting for her new owner to put her back together and take her back to her element. She needs some work doing, maybe the instruments need updating, and her rig and sails are not young, but what a beauty she will be when she’s afloat once more!
There is loads of space down below, the aft cabin is a good size, and the saloon is well laid out and comfortable. Again, a little modernisation may be needed – a fridge maybe, but she does have hot and cold running water already.
On deck she is safe and comfortable, good wide side decks and decent non-slip. It’s difficult to get an exact feel with the mast missing, but I do think the spacious after deck will come in very handy for extra lounging space when at anchor!
