An opportunity to own and continue the development of these much sought after Thames Lighter houseboats.

The current owner has started the project and has fitted a new kitchen complete with appliances and a fully fitted bathroom (WC, Basin, Shower and Bath).

The saloon (lounge) area offer a spacious family area complete with woodburner. The room is full of light and there is plenty of headroom.

Down stairs (lower deck) the work has continued, the walls are now ready, and each of the rooms are a "blank canvas' that will allow the new owner to make her their new home.

Once purchased the new owner will need to move the houseboat from the wharf within a reasonable amount of time.
