Boatshed Wales are pleased to offer for sale this fine example of the Ribtec 655.
A tough and versatile RIB with excellent seakeeping ability, the Ribtec 655 offers all the attributes of a larger sea going RIB with the convenience of a sub 7m boat making her easy to trailer, launch and retrieve.
Completely refurbished in 2020, the boat benefits from new deck gel coat with grip in black. Black powder coated A frame, new console, new wiring, fuse board, isolator and switches, new 1100 automatic 1100 bilge pump, new navigation lights, twin VHF aerial and new anchor locker.
The Honda 130hp four stoke has been rebuilt with new gaskets, new throttle cables and new top mount control box. The engine has been seen to start and run as expected and provides an excellent power source for the boat.
The layout offers jockey seating for 6 with plenty of additional space for fishing or dive gear. The boat would make a great offshore fishing, diving or exploration RIB.
Included within the sale is a twin axel road trailer. the trailer has been serviced annually and appears to be in a sound state of repair.
