This oil pollution control vessel is currently in service here in Pembrokeshire. She was retired in late January 2014. There are a number of other uses she could be adapted to. A similar vessel recently went to a fish farm, but a docks construction type multi cat or dive vessel spring to mind. A super stable platform which has lots of other potential uses.
