Broker's Comments
Think of a lovely life afloat...calm serenity, great views this way of life suits many people and it could suit you too - you may also find it cheaper! You won't find many one bed flats in the area for this price, let along 4!
This classic looking lady is looking for new owners!
She's believed to be a one-off, built around a Nelson 46 hull.
You can immediately see that she's really a little ship, with space and accommodation to prove it!
With a huge saloon that connects to her large galley and large bridge, she really feels like a classic boat, with lots to offer inside - stowage everywhere and some lovely built-in furniture.
The inviting stairs lead you down below to the many compartments that you'll find here - several cabins and plenty of heads. Her aft compartment is palatial, with its own en suite heads and an en suite shower room in a separate compartment.
She's powered by two 6 cylinder Ford diesels and she also has a generator, all located in a dedicated engine room, with great access to her systems.
This boat is an incomplete project and this reflects in the price - there is work to do, dependant upon what you want her to be and her owner will consider part exchange too.
N.b. Lots of work has been progressed since these photos and videos were taken.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
