Broker's Comments

The Nauticat 40 can only be described as solid and this is a true world cruising yacht. High freeboard, ketch rig and below deck pilot house steering.

The interior is very spacious with split level layout and large aft owners cabin.

This example has had recent upgrades in the last few months and presently in use here in St.Lucia.

A very nice example of the sought after cruising yacht.
