Broker's Comments
I'm always a little wary when I'm asked to list and photograph a thirty plus year old unknown yacht, from an unknown builder, oh and yes, she's a composite with wooden decks and coachroof.
I've seen too many sadly neglected old girls that time, quite frankly, has got the better of; and I'm only referring to yachts here!
Imagine then the THRILL that I got when I stepped aboard this little beauty!
She clearly has been loved, cosseted even, by an owner who knows what he's up to (you can often tell by the knots he uses to tie things down!).
She is clean and dry, has a lovely and characterful interior with pleasant upholstery and smart varnish - the sort of cabin that invites a snooze 'cos it's raining and besides you've just had lunch and hell, who wants to go sailing anyway?
She has a sparkling motor with less than 200 hours on it, an engine bilge you'd want to show off to your friends and - I could go on!
She might even suit some-one seeking a small liveaboard (I've seen it done on smaller). She’s a great little yacht, what one might truly describe as a ‘Proper Little Ship.’
