Broker's Comments

A good sound classic project that has most of the hard work already done.
Reconditioned engine on new beds and new shaft and stern gear. Refurbished rudder and fittings. Mast rewired. All new bronze skin fittings. New fore hatch. The list of work done goes on and on. The owner tells us that all she requires is new standing and running rigging, some paint and varnish and polishing, and a few minor jobs.
