Broker's Comments
This is a very popular type of yacht and having bilge keels makes this particular example suitable for cruising the East coast where it has been kept for the last 16 years. A sturdy craft it copes well with local sea conditions.
It appears basically sound but is in need of some simple cosmetic refurbishment and is therefore priced to sell accordingly.
