Broker's Comments
You can see from the photos that this boat was a bit hemmed in when we came to photograph her. It’s not until you get on deck that you realise what a big solid thing she is. The cockpit is deep, the side-decks are wide and the whole set-up on deck is very reassuring. Down below she feels spacious, with good storage all over the saloon. Long settees with lee-cloths make good sea-berths, and there are two more in the form of a pair of quarter-berths. The one on the port side also doubles as a garage for a clever retractable chart-table, a solid affair that glides out on rails for use then slides back out of the way once moored up. No one would quarrel with the fact that she could use a little tidying-up. Nonetheless, she’s been made with typical Westerly solidity, and this is a lot of boat for the money.
