Ex hire Bounty 37 currently used as a "liveaboard" located in Loddon, Norfolk.
The mooring could be made available to the new owner if required.
Internally she presents very well and is perfect (and has been) as a liveaboard.
The main cabin is amidships and has wardrobe and a dressing table'
The aft cabin is currently used as an office, The lounge/saloon offers "L" shaped seating with the option of a further double if required.
She has a BSC until January 2027. She has also had a new hot water calorifier and immersion heater.
The heating is diesel fired blown warm air which I can vouch for works very well.
In my opinion she would benefit from having the external paintwork done at some point.
These boat details are subject to contract.
